MEXICO, November 20, 2009.- Microsoft founder, Bill Gates raise through out its financial Company, Cascade Investment its stock participation in Grupo Televisa.
Even when global rating agencies like Moody´s and Standard & Poor´s assesses solvency of Mexican government, Gates trust in the biggest media company in Mexico.
Cascade control 4.1% of stock A, 7.7% of stock B, 7.7% stock D and 7.7% stock L, according to the report send by Cascade to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in NYSE.
Televisa stocks have been benefit with the announce made by the company, that on December 10 will be a stockholders meeting where could be approve the pay of dividend of 1.35 pesos per CPO, equivalent to a total pay of approximately of 4,000 millions pesos. If dividend is approve will be pay in December, according to press release.
Actinver and Banamex advise to buy Televisa stocks, but is not the first time in the year that the company pays dividend, in may gives its shareholders 5,200 millions pesos.
In one year, Televisa stocks offer 6.46% return. Its maximum level in a period of 52 weeks, placed in 22.16 dollars against minimum value of 10.87 in New York Stock Exchange.
